Yum!!!
Oh my these were delicious!
I got this recipe from The Post Punk Kitchen (Isa Chandra Moskowitz) – Chesapeake Tempeh Cakes.
They were super easy and super delicious! My husband actually said (and I QUOTE) “I think these might be better than the real thing!”
Just make sure you don’t have the burner on too high when you put the cakes in the oil. My first batch came out a little darker than they were supposed to.
